Join us in our tasting room as we host Larry Auman, aka “Don Lorenzo”, owner of Don Lorenzo Mezcal and Cantina Mayahuel.
Cantina Mayahuel is a fantastic cantina with old Mexico charm, providing education and information about the culture, process, heritage and passion involved in the making of mezcal.
Together we will dig in to the history of the spirit while tasting each of Don Lorenzo’s mezcal expressions, contemplating the flavor profiles and learning about how each one is produced.

Come to taste and learn as Robert Horton guides us through a variety of mexican spirits, mezcal and beyond.
Robert Horton runs the Mexican Spirits Portfolio of JVS Imports. He joined JVS six years ago already having a passion for Scotch Whiskey and other world single malts.
His knowledge of Mexican spirits and single malts is vast but never complete, which fuels his obsession to learn more. His masterclasses on agave and or single malts is something not to be missed as he tells the stories of the families that produce our amazing portfolio, mixed with a colorful sense of humor and appreciation.
Be sure to arrive early for a special happy hour cocktail featuring Charanda Uruapan Mexican rum from 5-7.
