To celebrate the start of the New Year, we will be hosting an intimate dinner with Don Amado. There will be four courses with each dish paired with a different varietal of agave. The dinner will take place Thursday, January 10th at 7 pm.
Don Amado is a mezcal produced in the highlands of southern Mexico made by the renowned Arellanes family who has been crafting one of the region’s most celebrated mezcals since the late 1700s.
A leader in sustainability, Don Amado not only replants agaves, they also have created a water treatment system for the water used during their production.
The four varietals featured will be:Espadin Rustico, Largo, Arroqueno, Pechuga
