Eduardo will lead us into learning more about the history of Arrette, walking us through each of his expressions, how it is made and the flavor profiles of each.
We will also be doing a happy hour from 5pm-7pm with their wonderful blanco expression to showcase how great it can be in cocktails as well.

At Tahona Mezcal Talks, we host Nuestra Soledad mezcal. Made by six generations of the Cortes family whose roots in Oaxaca go all the way back to 1840.
We will learn more about their cultivated line of espadins from different villages around Oaxaca.
It is through tasting each that we will learn more about the terrior and how each creates its own distinct flavors and aromas.
There will be a happy hour cocktail special from 5-7 PM showcasing Agave de Cortes mezcal.
